My name is Federica Citterio, I was born on 27 March 1993 and I grow up in a small town in the province of Lecco, with the huge luck of seeing the Alps from the window of my bedroom.
I attended Grammar School motivated by the desire to deepen and known the roots of the words; here I became more and more passionate about words, literature and I discovered the love for the history of art.
Feeling the desire to create and experiment with creativity, I enrolled in Interior Design at the Politecnico di Milano, where I had the opportunity to know the world of design, the thought of the great masters and I felt in love with colors, fonts, visual identity, layout and image in general.
After the graduation, I attended the Master in Brand Communication of POLI.design in order to deepen branding topic, communication strategy and brand positioning, because I believe them essentials to create unique visual solutions for each brand.
Thanks to the master I have done a stage in a design studio in Milan, with whom I still collaborate, where I deal with branding, visual design, graphics and exhibit design both nationally (as exhibitions at the Triennale of Milan and on the occasion of Milan Design Week) and internationally (such as the fair Domotex of Hannover).
In 2021 I attended a Master in Graphic Design and Visual Communication in Murcia, Spain, where I was able to acquire a holistic and integral vision of the brand and visual design, that are all the tools and knowledge appropriate for a complete brand development.
Today I deal with branding projects, that is all those activities necessary to give life to a unique and distinctive brand, editorial and graphic design, always putting a lot of passion into what I do, as well as illustration.
What I have learned the most in recent years have been the management of a project in all its completeness, from the first meeting with the customer to its realization, and to interface with customers, partners, stakeholders and collaborators, learning to listen and understand everyone’s needs and desires, in order to create the most effective solutions and close to the initial objectives.
I like traveling, know new places and I would spend hours and hours inside museums: in fact, I am a great lover of art, in particular of the Renaissance (I am madly in love with Florence!), Of Impressionism and of contemporary art.
I like to discover small Italian villages, watch the sunset from a hill or the sea, admire the hilly and mountainous landscapes and lose myself a little in the Infinite like Leopardi (by the way, my favorite poet).
Another great passion I have is cooking: I love cooking, experimenting with new recipes and even photographing them.
Fashion is also a sector that I like: from an early age I always wanted to dress as I wanted, I spent hours in front of the wardrobe trying on clothes and combining different elements in search of what could best represent me.
I am a curious person, with a constant desire to learn, know and improve myself; I am also very thoughtful, empathetic, sensitive and I pay a lot of attention to detail.
